Product status · September 21, 2026Lazy Raider’s WoW Midnight profile is staged, not released. The current development build targets WoW Forever on macOS. Midnight support needs separate testing before a public release.
A separate game profile, not a renamed rotation
Each game profile needs the correct spell catalogs, resources and client observations. Shared rotation syntax makes authoring familiar, but it does not make spell IDs, talents, priorities or availability interchangeable between editions.
A Midnight release needs client-specific validation of the observation path, bindings and rotations. Until that is complete, the Forever app and its planned membership should not be purchased or described as a working Midnight product.
Combat controls, on your terms
The intended experience brings rotation input, interrupts, AoE and cooldowns into separate controls. Choose your priorities and keep the encounter in view.
Midnight-specific features and class coverage will be confirmed before release. The condition reference introduces the editable rotation format; it is not a promise that every feature is available on every edition.
Rotation helper, built-in assistant or automation?
These terms describe different products. Blizzard’s Assisted Highlight recommends an ability. Its Single-Button Assistant lets the player activate a recommended ability through a button. Desktop automation can evaluate priorities and send input, which is a different behavior.
Blizzard introduced its UI assistants in the Legacy of Arathor update. Check the current game interface and addon release notes for your client rather than assuming an older helper still works. Our comparison guide separates these categories.
What you can explore before Midnight support
Try the website demo to understand the overlay and combat controls. Download the Rotation Assistant skill to inspect the Lua authoring format. Both are useful previews, but neither establishes Midnight runtime support.
The compatibility page is the source for release status. There is no public Midnight desktop download, release date or independently announced Midnight subscription here.

Is Lazy Raider a replacement for Hekili on Midnight?
Not as a released Midnight product. Lazy Raider is desktop automation with editable priorities; recommendation addons and Blizzard’s built-in helpers are different categories.
Will I be able to customize Midnight rotations?
Editable Lua priorities are part of Lazy Raider’s design. Midnight-specific conditions and class coverage still need testing before release.
Can I use a Forever rotation unchanged on Midnight?
Do not assume so. Spell catalogs, talents, priorities and observation availability need validation for Midnight.

Use Lazy Raider’s compatibility page. Midnight support remains staged until client validation and release preparation are complete.
