YOUR PRIVACY. PLAINLY.
What Lazy Raider collects, why, and your choices.
Updated November 5, 2026. This policy covers the Lazy Raider website, account service and desktop companion.
WHAT WE COLLECT.
- Account and access: email address, signup and sign-in times, membership status, access periods, referral records and registered device identifiers.
- App sessions: class, level, game edition, operating system and version, app version, whether the game is connected, whether the rotation is running, session start and last check-in. The app confirms your membership with our service periodically while it runs. These are current, app-reported details used for support, compatibility and managing active sessions.
- Runtime support details: the selected character’s class and level, selected host app and selected input driver are sent with authentication checks, normally every 15 seconds. The latest report and its time are linked to your registered device and account for private support and compatibility evaluation.
- Launcher failure reports: If startup fails after sign-in, the Launcher automatically sends the failure code, startup stage, app version and build number. Reports are linked to your account and device for private support. No raw logs, local file paths, passwords or sign-in tokens are included.
- Sign-in and security: attempted email addresses, sign-in results, IP addresses, approximate location, device identifiers and administrative changes. Sign-in logs are private and kept for up to 30 days.
- Optional Discord linking: Discord user ID, username, link status and managed access-role status.
- Payments when enabled: payment references, amounts, access purchased, refunds, disputes and limited fraud-prevention identifiers. We do not store full payment-card numbers. See our refund policy.
- Availability updates: email address, signup time and permission to receive updates. Signing up for email updates does not create paid membership.
WHAT STAYS ON YOUR COMPUTER.
The companion reads the game window locally. App session reporting does not send character names, realm names, targets, screenshots, combat logs, rotation files or the contents of other applications to our account service.
HOW WE USE IT.
We use this information to sign you in, provide access, enforce device and session limits, troubleshoot compatibility, prevent abuse, handle support, and keep linked Discord permissions consistent with your membership.
PROVIDERS, NOT DATA SALES.
We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party marketing. We do use providers to operate the service: Cloudflare for hosting, database, delivery and security; Postmark for sign-in email; and Discord for optional linking, role updates and private app-session notices. Google authentication is used for protected administrator access. Stripe is the planned payment provider; checkout is not open yet. Those providers process the information needed for their functions under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information where legally required.
DISCORD IS YOUR CHOICE.
Discord is not required to sign in. Linking lets us give your Discord account the access role supported by your website membership. Your Discord access updates when membership changes or expires. Unlinking removes the Trial and Subscriber roles; it does not remove unrelated roles. The Discord server is private and subscriber-only. When linked, your Discord username and app-session start, end or expiry time are sent to a private owner notification channel. Unlinked sessions use a generic label; email addresses are not included. Discord notices remain until the owner deletes them. Discord outages or rate limits can delay updates. People in a shared Discord server can see your Discord profile and messages.
COOKIES AND WEBSITE ANALYTICS.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect sign-in requests. Referral attribution can last up to 30 days. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes, and website sessions last up to seven days. Cloudflare processes request information for delivery and security.
Website analytics are disabled. No Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity scripts are loaded on these pages.
RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES.
Current app details update during use and are cleared when a session ends. Sign-in logs and grouped security events are retained for 30 days. Access changes and review actions remain in a private audit history. We retain account, membership, payment and audit records as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
The latest runtime support report replaces the previous report; we do not keep a history of every authentication check. This latest report remains while its device is registered and is deleted when that device or your account is removed.
We keep the latest 100 automatic Launcher failure reports per account; new reports replace older ones. Administrative and payment audit records are kept separately.
You can remove registered devices and unlink Discord from your account. Contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. Launch emails will include an unsubscribe option.
WHO CAN USE LAZY RAIDER.
Lazy Raider is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy membership. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; contact us and we will remove it.
WEBSITE ILLUSTRATIONS.
Website illustrations use example data and do not connect to your game.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY.
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your information, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
