REFUNDS. PLAINLY.
How prepaid membership time, refunds and downtime credits work.
Updated September 24, 2026. This policy covers prepaid Lazy Raider membership purchases. Checkout is not open yet; it applies once sales begin.
HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS.
- Prepaid only: $5 for a three-day trial, $39 for 30 days, or $99 for 90 days, in USD. Time is added to your account when payment succeeds and starts after any time you already have.
- Nothing renews: access ends when your time runs out. There is nothing to cancel, and we never charge you again without a new purchase.
- Your bank’s fees: currency conversion or card fees added by your bank are outside our control and are not refunded.
THE TRIAL IS THE TEST DRIVE.
The $5 three-day trial exists so you can check your game, your computer and your class before paying for a full membership. Trial purchases are not refundable, with one exception: if the app cannot connect to a supported game on a supported computer and our support cannot get it working with you, we refund the trial.
30-DAY AND 90-DAY MEMBERSHIPS.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if either of these is true:
- You have not used it. The app has not connected to a game during the paid time.
- It does not work for you. Your game edition and computer are listed as supported, the app cannot run your rotation, and support could not fix it after you worked with us.
After 7 days, or once you have played with it, the purchase is final. If something on our side went wrong, ask anyway. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
WHEN THE GAME CHANGES.
Game updates can temporarily stop the app from working. If a game edition we list as supported stops working with Lazy Raider for more than three consecutive days during your paid time, we add that downtime to your membership. Tell support when it happens. Downtime is credited as time, not cash.
Referral days, downtime credits and complimentary access have no cash value and are not refundable.
WHAT A REFUND CHANGES.
- Access from the refunded purchase ends right away. Time from other purchases stays.
- Any referral reward earned from that purchase is reversed.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
CLOSED ACCOUNTS AND GAME BANS.
If we close an account for breaking our rules, such as sharing an account, tampering with the app or abusive behavior toward our team or community, remaining time is not refunded.
Lazy Raider is independent software. We do not refund for actions a game publisher takes against your game account.
DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS.
Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems are quicker to fix directly. While a dispute is open, access from that payment is removed. If it is resolved in your favor, contact support and we restore the time. If a dispute is decided against us on a purchase that was used, we may decline future purchases from that account.
